Exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase with receipt and in new condition. We want you to be satisfied with your Lucky Dog purchase and for this reason we will make every attempt to find the right item to meet your lucky dog's needs.
We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its' original condition. All sale, clearance, personalized, custom and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Although Lucky Dog offers the highest quality and most durable pet products, no item is considered "indestructible". Destruction by way of chewing is the responsibility of the owner and is not covered by Lucky Dog's policy. Supervision is the best way to insure longevity of your pet's favorite products.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we only allow one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each additional exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping & handling fee of $12.
Return/Exchange Process To request an exchange, please fill out the attached form and send it via email to Exchanges or fax the completed form to (619) 696 0394. After reviewing your request, we will reply with an exchange authorization code and instructions on return shipping.
Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for store or website purchases.

For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Please do not send any merchandise back to us prior to receiving proper authorization.
Upon arrival, your order will be exchanged for your new item(s) and you will be charged for return shipping. In the event that the amount of the new item(s) is greater than the amount of the returned item(s), you will be charged for the remaining balance with the credit card information that you provided. If the new dollar amount is less than the original dollar amount, you will receive a store credit for the remaining balance.
